I am ready to buy, what are my options for placing an order online?
This site utilizes the popular shopping cart method. You may use our shopping cart to order and pay via PayPal. Once you've finished placing what you want in the shopping cart, you will begin check out by clicking the appropriate checkout buttons. We only except PayPal.
Yes! We take security veryseriously! Our check out system becomes secure when you get to thepayments option page. And, we never share your information with anyoneunder any circumstances! Finally, once we've used your information, weshred it completely.
Prints are safely packaged against board in a sleeve. We want you to be completely satisfied when you get your product! We ship most orders via UPS or FedEx.
Do you ship outside the U.S.? If so, what are your shipping costs?
No. We only ship to the United States! We are hoping to soon!
How long until I get my order?
Once you've ordered via PayPal, you should plan on a 7 - 10 day lead time for us to process your payment, make your items and prepare them to ship. Many times, we fill your order within just a couple days, but this 7 - 10 day lead time allows us some wiggle room for those times when we are traveling or extremely busy with many orders. Once they've shipped after that period, please allow for 2 - 3 days for Priority Mail (only slightly longer if we needed to ship via UPS Ground). Again, we only take PayPal for the fastest and best service.
We want you to be 100% pleased with your order! If not, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to describe the nature of your return. If there was damage during shipment, we will want to file a claim and get you a replacement asap and will therefore want the item back or want photos of the damage. please adhere to our return policy as follows:
1) You must e-mail us at: customerservice@zoesartwork.com within one week of receiving your order and describe the nature of your return. We need a full explanation of your reason for returning, so please be detailed.
2) We will reply with instructions on returning your item. You will be expected to return the order as you received it at your cost. You can send it via the USPS for the least expensive option if you wish. Please do not refuse the package. If you do so, we will subtract the amount charged to us for the return shipping from your refund.
3) Once we get the items back, assuming they are in the same condition you received them in (please pack them well as we do), we will issue a full refund for the item prices. We do not refund the initial shipping cost, and only refund you the item subtotal.
***If you don't follow our procedures, we will still try to work with you but may not be able to give you the full refund if you wait longer than the week to return or do not contact us before returning the items, so please do follow these steps. Thank you!
What are the faded symbols that appear on all of the pictures here?
Those are watermarks. It consists of Zoe's logo with copyright information that is stamped onto the images before we post them online. IMPORTANT! None of our prints or products come with that symbol printed on them, it is for online protection only and will not appear on your product!

What if I just want to post a few of Zoe's pieces on my site and link to Zoe's site?
Thank you! Please feel free to display a few of Zoe's images on your site with watermarks in tact, as long as you link back to us with a text link and don't claim it as your own.
Can I use Zoe's art for a product, professional web site or other for profit project?
Any type of project like this MUST be approved by us, along with a signed contract and agreed upon royalty rate. Please contact us with further details of your project at.
Zoe's mediums of choice are charcoal/graphite/colored pencils, Adobe Photoshop, and of course a camera. Each of these mediums assist her emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Where does Zoe get her inspiration?

How long has Zoe been working on art?
She has been drawing since before she can remember, literally since she was old enough to hold a pencil. Growing up, it was her main recreation. She taught herself to draw by randomly doodling on typing paper, it was great practice. She started teaching herself how to sketch by just looking at pictures.
Did Zoe attend any art school? If so, which one?
No, Zoe is a self taught artist.
Around here, there is always something coming soon. Occasionally she does get a mind block and can't decide on what to do. But sooner or later there's a spark in her brain and a new idea is born.
